Our Environmentally-Friendly House

We designed and built our house with the local surroundings and environment in mind. The modern minimalist design houses a solar system, composting toilets, grey water irrigation and rain water collection systems. The house is also equipped with hurricane protection screens certified to withstand 275 mph winds. Natural landscaping, fruit trees and a vegetable garden provide colorful and edible surroundings.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, living room, front and back terraces and balconies, and parking inside the gate of the property. It is located in the Kukulcan area, immediately south of Tulum town.
